Duties of the Planning and Finance Department:
· to study the composition of expenses based on the estimate and the state table and to constantly monitor the correspondence between the figures indicated in the estimate and the actual figures;
· when there is an order from the ministry and the university to increase the monthly wages, calculating the wages of each employee based on the uniform wage definition grids;
· implementation of the orders from the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, relevant to the department, based on the rector's assignment;
· timely implementation of the department's tasks;
· checking the signs that serve as the basis for calculating the monthly salaries of all departments and department employees based on the staff schedule and orders;
· drawing up the university staff table according to the budget, according to extra-budgetary funds and according to special funds;
· drawing up the income and expenses estimate of the university according to the budget, extra-budgetary funds and special funds;
· to develop the salary of each employee based on the orders of the ministry and the university on the increase of the monthly salary, based on the uniform tariff scales of the salary;
· drawing up lease agreements for places allocated for rent from temporarily vacant buildings of the university for other organizations and monitoring the timely payment of rent payments.
