The Agency for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Public Education, the Ministry of Innovative Development, the Ministry of Innovation Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Secondary Special Education, the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, and the Academy of Sciences signed a joint resolution on December 13, 2021.
The competition will be held in the following directions:
wide introduction of five important initiatives and increase of youth coverage;
development of modern mechanisms for learning IT technologies and foreign languages among young people;
Ensuring quality education for young people at all stages of education, innovative approaches to the development of inclusive education in the regions (based on foreign experience);
non-traditional ways of attracting young people to science and innovation;
to develop an effective mechanism for the prevention of crime and delinquency among young people, including minors.
Requirements for nominations
The following entries can be submitted in each nomination to participate in the competition:
Nomination of advanced technologies for the widespread introduction of five important initiatives:
the development of your young people's interest in music, painting, literature, theater and other arts, the development of their innovative ideas; the existence of mechanisms to create the necessary conditions for physical training of young people, to demonstrate their abilities in the field of sports; aimed at raising the morale of young people, the organization of systematic work to promote reading among them; focusing on women's employment;
Nomination of modern methods of developing IT technologies among young people:
aimed at promoting the effective use of computer technology and the Internet among young people; availability and popularity of project implementation technology;
Nomination of modern methods of learning foreign languages:
the project envisages the inclusion of young people in remote areas of the country in learning a foreign language; availability of new technologies and electronic software for learning a foreign language;
Nomination of effective mechanisms for the prevention of crime and delinquency among young people:
the existence of an effective and innovative approach to the prevention of crime and delinquency among young people based on the scientific and creative heritage of our ancestors, in particular, the First and Second Renaissance, Jadid scholars; the existence of effective mechanisms (or projects) for the prevention of crime and delinquency among young people; Extensive use of the Internet in the prevention of crime and delinquency, the provision of practical measures (proposals) on the process of elimination of crimes and offenses.
Nomination of innovative solutions for the development of inclusive education, ensuring quality education for young people:
Identify the problems that hinder the improvement of the quality of education in Uzbekistan and make sound proposals for solutions; increase the personal motivation of students in the organization of quality education in education, as well as the development of proposals (with regulations) to change the educational process and methodology; to propose a modern national model for further improving the quality of education in the country; existing problems in the development of inclusive education in educational institutions and sound proposals for overcoming them; innovative approaches and solutions to inclusive education; 0 ‘To suggest an effective way to improve the quality of education in Uzbekistan at the level of world standards.
Nomination of non-traditional methods of attracting young people to science and innovation:
non-traditional methods of promoting science and innovation among young people; find traces of the contribution of our great ancestors in today's innovation and illustrate them with concrete examples; to study the achievements of young people in the field of science and innovation, to develop clear mechanisms for their current application. 10. In the first round of the competition in each of the nominations, participants will submit their projects. The projects submitted by the bidders will be evaluated by the Jury on a 100-point scale based on the evaluation criteria in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
Participants in the final round of the competition will have to answer questions from the Jury about the project. The jury will decide on each of the three projects with the highest scores by voting by the members of the Jury.
How to organize and conduct the competition
The competition is held in two stages: Primary (first) stage - in higher education and research institutions; The Republican (final) stage will be held at the Agency for Youth Affairs.
Requirements for the presentation of projects participating in the competition and their evaluation
The competition is open to individuals and teams under the age of 35.
Each individual or team participating in the competition will participate with one project in one nomination.
The requirements for the submitted project are:
can be a solution to the demand in the direction and a clear mechanism for its implementation;
the content of the topic is fully disclosed;
the focus of the problem on the solution;
the level of implementation, traditional and innovative approaches; suggestions, methods and implementation mechanisms on the topic.
The project in each nomination will be evaluated on the basis of 100 points.
Awarding the winners
The winners and prize-winners of the first stage of the competition will be announced by higher education and research institutions:
1st place - 10 million sum;
2nd place - 7 million sum;
3rd place - 4 million UZS and a diploma can be awarded, and only the 1st place winner will get a ticket to the next stage. Also, the scientific supervisor of the 2nd and 3rd place winners and the staff of the relevant department will be awarded the Rector's (Director's) Certificate.
Incentives for the winner of the republican (final) stage of the competition will be funded from the budget of the Agency for Youth Affairs.
The winners and prize-winners will be announced by the Youth Affairs Agency as follows:
1st place - 30 million sum;
2nd place - 20 million sum;
3rd place - 10 million. will be awarded with diplomas and statuettes.
