The Department of Organization of research activities of gifted students was established in order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set out in the decision of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan PQ-3775 dated June 5, 2018 “On additional measures to improve the quality of education in higher educational institutions and ensure their active participation in the comprehensive reforms carried out in the country” 

The main objectives of the department are:

The main purpose of the department is to identify talented students studying at the branch and to engage widely in research activities, to form innovative thinking in them and to create conditions for talented students to be guided by research activities, to support their achievements and to implement comprehensive measures to encourage them.

The department performs the following tasks:

• creating favorable conditions for talented students to engage in effective research activities;
• State scholarship of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Navoi, Islam Karimov state scholarship competitions to ensure the worthy participation of talented students of the branch;
• comprehensive support and promotion of the activities of talented students of the branch in creating scientific and innovative developments, startups;
• to ensure the active participation of talented students in the International and national competitions at the Olympics and prestigious competitions;
• to ensure the active participation of talented students in scientific and practical conferences held on an international and national scale.
