Work with appeals in the Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics in 2021 Amendments to the Law "On Education", the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 11, 2017 "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities" and amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-445, Resolutions and Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers. Appropriate measures have been identified to ensure full consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities, to take measures to prevent cases of formality and irresponsibility, as well as unreasonable violations of the terms of consideration. Positive work is being done. During 12 months of the current year, the branch received 1 application on the actions of the branch teacher not related to the activities of the branch, 2 on changing the form of education, 2 on various issues, overpaid contract 2 on the return of money, 1 on the return of the contract money paid to the Samarkand branch of TSUE after finding out that the student who transferred from the Republic of Kazakhstan was not in the ranks of students in Kazakhstan, magistr.edu 2 on dissatisfaction with the targeted admissions on the platform, 1 on the transfer of study to the appropriate and non-related field of study, a group with the Samarkand branch of TSUE in Weinstein, Germany. The joint program of the Triezdorf University of Applied Sciences on the study of 3rd and 4th year students of the 3rd and 4th stages in the Samarkand branch of TSUE did not appear in the list provided by the State Inspectorate for Quality Control in Education  A total of 17 applications were received from universities for the transfer of students from universities to the Samarkand branch of TSUE.

   All of these appeals have been strictly monitored, reviewed by the relevant officials and resolved in accordance with the law. Responses were sent with legal explanations based on the procedures and deadlines for appeals that could not be resolved legally due to non-jurisdiction of the branch, and the overpaid contract money was transferred to the appropriate account. There is a constant control over the registration, strict accounting and enforcement of appeals of individuals and legal entities.
