According to the decision No. 2 of the Board of Trustees of the "El-Yurt Umid" Foundation dated June 21, 2024, 500 places for undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies at prestigious universities and scientific centers of foreign countries will be announced. -announces an open scholarship contest!
Places for this scholarship competition are allocated for specialties that are in short supply in our country today, including the driver sectors of the economy (energy, agriculture and water management, transport, architecture-construction) STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics ) and other priority specialties were given special attention.
500 places in the 2024 1st open scholarship competition of the "El-Yurt Umid" fund for studying abroad in the most prestigious foreign countries in the 2024-2025 academic year:
- 100 places for the undergraduate education program,
- 250 places for the master's education program,
- announces that it will allocate 150 scholarships for the doctoral education program.

Acceptance of candidate documents for the scholarship competition will be accepted online and electronically from June 25 to July 25 of this year, based on a uniform procedure and equal opportunity for representatives of all regions of the republic.
In the process of submitting documents, candidates must submit an invitation letter (Letter of acceptance or Letter of conditional acceptance) stating that they have been accepted or conditionally accepted to study at a foreign educational institution that is valid today, candidates studying in prestigious universities abroad they are required to upload references confirming their education.
Letter of acceptance or conditional acceptance to study at a foreign educational institution uploaded by candidates to the system or references, period of starting education and education the name of the specialty to be received must be clearly indicated.
In case of grants (discounts) for tuition fees from prestigious universities, candidates must upload documents confirming this information.
Candidates participating in the undergraduate program are required to attend with certificates and diplomas confirming completion of school, lyceum and college.
We ask you to pay attention to the fact that the maximum amount of tuition fees is set for this competition through the El-Yurt Umidi fund, as well as other expenses of studying abroad.
Conducting selection processes, including additional tests aimed at determining the level of intellectual, analytical and creative abilities of candidates and conducting an interview in the state language aimed at determining the level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills from July 25 to August 24 of this year continues.
