The Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics has set itself the goal of supplying modern, intellectual mature personnel to all branches and sectors of the republic's economy.
More than 50 employers, institutions, organizations, representatives of large business entities participated in the labor fair with exhibition materials and presentations. In particular, the regional poverty alleviation and employment department and district departments, the regional economy and finance department, the regional treasury department, the regional statistics department, the city state tax inspectorate, the regional investment, industry and foreign trade department, the regional agriculture department. Jaligi Department, Uztelekom AK Samarkand Branch, State Asset Management Agency Samarkand Regional Department, IT Park Samarkand Regional Branch, Central Bank Regional Department, ADB "Ipotekabank", ADB "Hamkorbank", ADB "Mikrokreditbank", JSC "Khalq Bank", ATB "Tenge Bank", joint venture "SAM ANTEP GILAM" LLC "Siyob Group Companies holding" LLC, "Farm Lux Invest" LLC, "Network Techno Servise" LLC, "Dil Rizo Garant" LLC, "My House Group" LLC, "TMS-Miracle" LLC, "Mini Maks Finance" accounting firm, managers and specialists participated with vacancies.
Such job fairs are traditionally held every year. The goal of the fair is to create a bridge of communication between the graduate and the organization, get acquainted with job vacancies and ensure the employment of young professionals. It is to familiarize graduates with the new requirements of the labor market, to create conditions for them to do internships and get a job. Industry representatives shared their opinions about the opportunities, conditions, ongoing work and changes created by our country for young people.
405 students are graduating from the branch this academic year. During the career day, students communicated directly with employers and received detailed information and news about their questions. As a result, 52 graduates received employment. A tripartite contract was signed with 34 graduates.
