A roundtable discussion dedicated to the 583rd anniversary of the birth of Alisher Navoi was organized at the Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics.
The priceless creative and scientific heritage of the great poet and thinker, famous state and public figure Alisher Navoi occupies a special place not only in the history of our nation, but also in the history of world literature, in the development of our national culture and literary and aesthetic thinking. The great poet, in his poetic and prose works, showed high universal ideas, incomparable vocabulary and limitless possibilities of expression of our mother tongue with all charm and grace, and won a worthy and solid place in the hearts of millions of readers on earth.
In recent years, a number of works have been carried out to thoroughly study the rich and colorful creative heritage of Alisher Navoi, to widely promote his immortal works in our country and abroad, and to perpetuate his memory.
The department of Uzbek language and foreign languages organized a roundtable discussion dedicated to the 583rd anniversary of the birth of the great writer, ghazal poet Alisher Navoi. The event was opened by our branch director Olim Murtazaev. Otayarova Umida and Mirsanova Mokhira from the Department of Theory of Primary Education of the Faculty of Primary Education and Humanities of the Finnish Pedagogical Institute of Uzbekistan attended the event as guests. The event was interesting and full of lively questions and answers. To conclude, the floor was given to the deputy director of our branch for youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs, Khasan Ibragimovich Turdibekov.
