An open lesson on "Tasks of strategy creation" was held at the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics.
On March 14, 2023, at the Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics, Mamura Ismailova, assistant of the Department of "Food and Agricultural Economics" taught the course "Digital Economy" to students of the 2nd year RI-121 - group " "Strategic management" subject "Tasks of strategy creation" open lesson was held.
In a lesson open to students:
- Formation of a strategic vision;
- Setting company goals;
- Long-term and short-term goals;
- Strategy development;
- Insights were given on the factors affecting the formation of the company's strategy.
In this open lesson, the students were explained to justify the strategic vision and mission of the company, to correctly define the scope of activities, to define the purpose and to set the goals. In the course of the lesson, a 3D video, a game related to 3 different subjects, and a practical test were worked out. At the end of the lesson, students received detailed answers to the questions they were interested in.
