The purpose of this event is to form a new generation of personnel for the public service under the "Leaders' Club", to attract young people, especially young women, to the public service, to increase the attractiveness of the public service, and to form a reserve of young promising personnel for leadership positions. until today, within the framework of the "Kleajak leaders" program, 100 young personnel of state organizations have been trained, and in the regional branches of the "Leaders of the future" club, 750 civil servants and graduates of higher education institutions have been given explanations about continuous training and was to provide guidance.
