Psychologist Z. Oripov of the Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics organized a training seminar for tutors.

February 13, 2023 in order to ensure the implementation of the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 4/18-105 dated February 4, 2023 and to further accelerate the activities of tutors and improve their potential to work with students A training seminar for tutors was organized by psychologist Z. Oripov of Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics.
It was organized in order to study the student's mental state, monitor it, prevent, timely identify and treat situations such as stress, depression, suicide, neurosis, various personality disorders, delinquency, and violence. The student's individual psychological character and temperament types were thoroughly discussed.
Also, creating a healthy psychological environment for students and optimal conditions for their personality development, timely prevention of psychological defects and disorders that may arise at the threshold of intellectual development, elimination of neurotic conditions, education it was emphasized that the main goal of working with difficult students, creating the most comfortable psychological environment in the teams, is to create the student's professional fitness, personal qualities, willpower, emotions, and self-management capabilities.
The seminar was held with great interest and questions through psychological questionnaires.
