An event on the topic "Fight against corruption" was held at the Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics.
On November 1 of this year, a meeting was held with professors and teachers of the department "Natural, social sciences and physical culture" with the participation of A.A. Akhmedov, chief specialist of the branch anti-corruption control department "Compliance".
 The main purpose of the event was to familiarize the professors and employees of the department with the anti-corruption PROGRAM (policy) approved by the Council of the higher educational institution, the set of regulatory documents on the establishment of the "Compliance control" system. In particular, it was explained to the participants of the meeting that forming an attitude of intolerance against corruption in the management of the branch and its constituent units, preventing corruption, timely detection and prevention of violations, carrying out preventive measures, and ensuring the inevitability of responsibility for committing a corrupt violation.
 In the course of the meeting, information was given about preventing negative vices such as corruption and embezzlement, as well as about the bot channel and hotlines of the anti-corruption department of the institute. The participants of the meeting were also explained in detail about measures to prevent corruption, detection of corruption-related offenses, putting an end to them, inevitability of responsibility.
