The event was held by the "Compliance Control" anti-corruption management department of the Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics.
On October 20 of this year, the head of the part-time department G'.T. Yuldashev and the chief specialist of the anti-corruption control department "Compliance" A.A. Akhmedov held an event with the students of the 3rd level part-time department.
The main goal of the event was to familiarize students with the anti-corruption program (policy) approved by the Council of the Higher Education Institution, and the set of regulatory documents for establishing the "Compliance Control" system. In particular, it was explained to the students that forming a zero-tolerance attitude against corruption in the management of the branch and its structural units, preventing corruption, timely detection of the offense, prevention, preventive measures and ensuring the inevitability of responsibility for the commission of a corrupt offense.
During the event, students were introduced to the nature and disposition of articles 210, 211, 212 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It was explained to them about the "active" and "passive" subjects of the criminal process using examples.
