A meeting was held on the topic of fight against corruption with the students of the correspondence department of the III stage at the Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics.
On October 12 of this year, the head of the branch correspondence department G.T. Yuldashev and A.A. Akhmedov, chief specialist of the branch anti-corruption control department "Compliance", held an event with students of the 3rd year correspondence department.
          The main goal of the event was to familiarize students with the anti-corruption PROGRAM (policy) approved by the Council of the higher education institution, a set of regulatory documents on the establishment of the "Compliance control" system. In particular, it was explained to the students that it is necessary to form an attitude of intolerance against corruption in the management of the branch and its structural units, to prevent corruption, to detect and prevent violations in time, to carry out preventive measures, and to ensure the inevitability of responsibility for committing a corruption offense.
          During the event, students were introduced to the nature and disposition of articles 210, 211, 212 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It was explained to them about the "active" and "passive" subjects of the criminal process with the help of examples.
