It was specifically mentioned by the officials that the activities of vice-rectors, departments, tutors, leaders and newly established inspectors working with young people in higher education institutions are not so noticeable in these processes.

For information, it is regrettable that 67 different crimes were committed during the last 9 months of this year, which is an increase of 17 compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, and the situation itself shows the organization of many practical cases in this regard.
