The purpose of the department:

The purpose of the department is to prepare professional, pedagogical, scientific, legal and psychological knowledge in the relevant specialty, taking into account the trends in the socio-economic development of our country in a higher educational institution that is fully aware of its responsibility to society, the state and the family, and is to organize the training of highly qualified master specialists.

Tasks of the department:

development of state educational standards and other regulatory documents for masters, their regular improvement taking into account the requirements and proposals of personnel customers;

organization of the educational process for the preparation of masters, quality control of education and training;

modernization of forms and mechanisms for managing master's degrees and organizing educational processes;

organizing the provision of necessary textbooks and literature for master’s degrees, attracting experienced scientists and highly qualified specialists to this work, developing the scientific sphere;

control of master's students' implementation of educational and research work;

coordination and control of the activities of departments for the preparation of masters;

regular monitoring of the training and employment of masters, regular analysis of the training of masters and preparation of reports.

creating targeted conditions for teachers studying in master's programs to fulfill the tasks assigned to them and increase their social, professional and personal activity, and develop systems of their motivation;

formation and development of information support systems for master's programs;

participation in the development and implementation of scientific and educational projects and programs together with partners in leading institutions of the republic and abroad;

systematic analysis of the current situation, identification, identification of problem situations, determination of priorities for the development of master's programs;

organizing a study of supply and demand in the field of master's training, ensuring competitiveness in the market of educational services and professional labor, forming marketing in the field of master's training;

creation of an information bank about jobs in the labor market, development of cooperative relations with employers' organizations on employment issues for master's students studying on a budgetary basis:

development of proposals and instructions reflecting the interests of partner participants in the master's educational process;

cooperation with international, interstate, national and regional structures and organizations;
