At the initiative of the Department of "Food and Agricultural Economics" in the Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics was held a regular reading event in the library of the Branch.

The event was attended by professors, librarians and talented students. Initially, the management of the Branch and the library staff informed the students and participants about the ongoing "Reading Week" in the Branch.

The main purpose of the event was to discuss the work of Javlon Jovliev "Qo'rqma".

Students and staff who read the book made presentations about the history of the book, its main content, the conclusions drawn from the book.

They tried to connect the book, its content and conclusions with the world events and the values of peace and effective reforms in our country.

In the end, it was agreed on the importance of reading books, which are the main source of human perfection, and to hold more such events in the future.
