As part of the celebration of the 686th anniversary of the birth of Amir Temur, a spiritual and educational event "The Great Empire" was organized at the SBTSUE.

Today is the 686th anniversary of the birth of the great commander, great statesman - Amir Temur. Our great ancestor, who is a symbol of will, perseverance and patriotism, was born on April 9, 1336, near the city of Kesh (now Shahrisabz), in the family of Amir Taragay.

The event dedicated to the 686th anniversary of Amir Temur was attended by the head of the department of "Natural, social sciences and physical culture" U.Khudoyarov, head of the department of youth affairs and spiritual and educational work. i Y.Isomiddinov, Adviser to the Director for Ensuring the Stability of the Socio-Spiritual Environment among Students G.Kurbanov and professors and students of SBTSUE.

The event focused on the role of Amir Temur in the history of Uzbek statehood, the relationship between religion and state during the Sahibkiran period, the scientific, spiritual and cultural heritage of Timur and the Temurids.
