Plov championship

The Samarkand branch of TSUE hosted a cooking competition "Plov Championship" with the leadership of the branch "Among the students". In the dormitory, students demonstrated their skills in making soup among students.

The jury of the branch evaluated the participants on the cleanliness of the pots, the order of work, the composition of the ingredients, their proper preparation, creativity and presentation of food, quality and performance.

Chefs of TSU SF, who received high marks and applause from the judges:

Rahmatova SH. Festive pilaf prepared by a student of RIS-119 group took the 1st place.

The 2nd place was awarded to the master of Samarkand plov Olmasova F. ORI-221 and Mukhtorov S. BX-120.


Our young chefs (Shodiboyev H. SA-121, Amrullayeva M, BX-121, Shodmonova S, RI-120 Sattorova S, ORI-120 Doniyorov D, BI-121 Azizov J, ST-120 Khudoiberdiyev Z) took the 3rd place in the competition. He took an active part in the Plov Championship and was awarded with souvenirs and cash prizes.
