On January 22, 2022, Ahmedova Gulizebo, a teacher of the Department of Languages, conducted a training seminar for professors and staff of the British Council on the project "EMI" (English as a medium instruction) of the British Council.

Our university is participating in the EMI project. The main goal of this project is to use different methods of teaching English as a teaching tool in other subjects, such as economics, agriculture and similar subjects.

In today's seminar-training, the branch conducted a theoretical and practical training for faculty and staff using the method of "Warm up" and "Einstein Riddle". It was explained that these methods are appropriate for all disciplines.

Professors and staff of the branch tried to fulfill the tasks given by Ahmedova Gulizebo using these methods. The assignments given at the training seminar were interesting.
