Deputy Director for Research and Innovation Z. H. Abdullayev conducted a seminar on the rating system of professors and teachers of higher education institutions.
At the same time, explanations were made on national and international platforms and their use. In particular, the necessary instructions were given on the placement of scientific papers and methodological works on Scopus, GoogleScholar, Researchgate, Linkedin, web of science and other platforms, on the basis of which to enter the world scientific community.
The seminar was followed by discussions on scientific activity on the Hemis platform and international platforms. The tasks to be done now and the progress of systematic work have been agreed.
