On January 19, 2022, another seminar-training on English language was held in the branch within the framework of the international project B.Rafiyeva EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction).

The seminar-training was attended by I. Ganiyev, Project Coordinator of TSU SF, 10 members of the project, as well as professors and teachers interested in the project. The EMI project members conducted a workshop using the Think, Pair, Share method.

This method was described by Frank Lyman in 1982 as an active teaching method that encourages students to participate even if they have little interest in the topic. The Think-Pair Sharing Technique asks students to think individually, consult with a partner, and then share their thoughts with a group when invited. During the training, you can see all the participating professors talking, listening, sharing and learning.
