The organization and admission process of the summer semester and the responsibilities of the student registration (department) specialist were presented in the form of a detailed presentation.
The tasks of the admission process and the student registration (department) specialist are to organize the admission process in a highly organized manner, to ensure the impartiality and fairness of the testing process within its competence, - said J. Pulatov.
Explain to applicants their duties, rights and responsibilities during the testing process;
accepting applications from students wishing to transfer from foreign universities;
keep track of applicants who have passed the entrance exams;
HEMIS, Moodle educational platforms and the use of Ijro.gov.uz, a single interdepartmental electronic document management system, explained in detail to students how to use them effectively.
In addition, the Database Specialist noted the ability to use programming languages.
Formation and updating of a single electronic database of students and professors of the branch;
Optimizing the formation and decision-making process of analytical data on student attendance and learning outcomes;
Use of HEMIS, Moodle educational platforms and Ijro.gov.uz single interdepartmental electronic document management system;
Development, approval and improvement of curricula, science programs (syllabus) based on the curricula and syllabi of basic universities;
Determining the total annual workload of the branch and monitoring the compliance of the distribution of workload of departments prepared by the heads of departments with the relevant regulatory requirements and time norms;
Monitoring of trainings organized in the credit-module system;
Maintain and monitor full-time, part-time, and secondary higher education platforms;
Maintain student credit scores and GPAs in accordance with approved academic regulations, place students on final examinations, monitor student transfer or transfer from course to course, and make recommendations to management;
Liaise with other universities operating in the credit-module system;
At the end of the training seminar, professors, teachers and staff of the branch will be able to use and control the HEMIS, Moodle educational platforms and the single interdepartmental electronic document management system "Ijro.gov.uz";
In collaboration with the Department of International Relations, the concept of organizing student exchanges (mobility) was provided.
