The teacher of Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics participated in the international event as a representative.
On June 25, 2024, the teacher of TDIU Samarkand branch, Professor Bobur Bakhtishodovich Sobirov visited the Fasya-Sharia Faculty (FaSya) of UIN University located in Salatiga, Indonesia.

The official meeting was attended by the representative of our branch, B. Bakhtishodovich, secretary of the Fascia department, Dr. M. Chairul Huda, MH, and the teacher of Fascia, Heru Saputra. Professor Ilya Mukhsin, dean of FaSya UIN Salatiga, said, "The agreement on the visit and the signing of this memorandum became an important impetus for strengthening the academic and scientific cooperation between Salatiga UIN and the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics. We hope that this cooperation will be beneficial for both universities."

During the event, a memorandum of cooperation aimed at strengthening academic cooperation was signed between the two universities. According to the memorandum, an agreement was reached on the publication of scientific articles written by Uzbek scientists in special issues of the journal "Ijtihad" belonging to UIN University of Indonesia. Hayrul Khuda, editor-in-chief of "Ijtihad" magazine, offers practical assistance in publishing the scientific works of Uzbek scientists, as well as organizing training courses and holding seminars.
